The holiday season begins this month and there is much to do and enjoy in and around the Emory community.   The staff at the Inn is writing to thank you for staying with us, to welcome you when you come again and to encourage those who have not stayed with us yet to stop by.  Our room renovations have begun and we would like you to see what we are doing. 

I thought you might appreciate knowing of events in the area as we move into the holiday season.  Particular attention to "A Festival of Nine Lessons & Carols" an Emory tradition since 1935, December 5-6,

·         Nov. 8 7pm Pinter Fest: “A kind of Alaska” & “Family Voices” staged readings, Theater Lab, Schwartz Center

·         Nov. 9 3pm Creation Stories Docent Tour, Michael Carlos Museum

·         Nov. 15-Dec. 24 Holiday Lights Atlanta Botanical Garden

·         Nov. 16 7:30pm Skies of India Planetarium Program, Emory University Planetarium, Math and Science Building, Dowman Drive 

·          Nov. 22 Atlantic Station Tree Lighting 8pm

·         Nov. 27 Thanksgiving Dinner offered at Atlanta restaurants

·         Nov, 27 Thanksgiving  Half Marathon, 5K and Fun Run

Thursdays, 5pm Terrific Thursdays Decatur, shops stay open late for your enjoyment
