How to Check In to a Hotel

Last updated 4 years ago

The first element of your stay at any hotel or resort is checking in. When you arrive at your destination, begin by locating the front desk, which is typically in the hotel lobby. If you made plans for a room in advance, bring your hotel confirmation, credit card number, and driver’s license with you to help the hotel staff locate your reservation. If you do not yet have a reservation, let the receptionist know how many guests you are looking to accommodate and how many days you would like to stay. The receptionist will follow up by checking hotel availability.

At The University Inn at Emory, we can help to streamline your check-in process. Our professional staff is available to assist you from the moment you walk in the door, and we’re committed to ensuring that you have a memorable stay. If you are looking for a hotel in the Atlanta area, contact The University Inn at Emory at (404) 465-3549 to reserve a room.
